Replaced rotors, brakes, calipers, inner and outer tie rods and tires. Still getting the problem listed above. Any ideas what this might be?

Good morning,

What brand rotors did you use?

Did you cookie clean the hub before installing the new rotors?

Did you also torque the wheels to 150 pounds?

All these are key factors for the rotors to sit straight and not wobble when braking.

Also, new rotors can be warped as well from a parts store if they are stacked on the floor. They must be off the floor or they will warp right in the box.

The rotors are Motor Craft, wheels were torqued to correct ft #. The hubs were cleaned actually the were replaced about 7 months ago so they were in good shape. How about the A Arm bushings? Could they possibly be the cause? If so what is the best way to check them?

That is the next area.

Have the suspension checked. For it to wobble when braking, something would be very loose or worn out. I doubt it is steering or suspension. It would do it even without applying the brakes.
