I had a bad battery in my car. Soon after replacing it the flashing of the indicator has started. Indicators starts flashing when I open the door and keeps flashing for about two minutes. I changed the car battery myself. It is some kind of warning signal from the car but I cannot detect what exactly is the problem. Flashing is same way as if I am stealing my own car, dashboard makes same sound as the door is opened and blinks.

Did you use any type of memory saver device while the battery was disconnected? If not, treat this as if the car is in theft state. Turn the system off like you normally would. If that does not work, you may need to tow the vehicle to the dealer to have some computers unlocked. That is a trick developed by VW and some other manufacturers, but I did not think Honda had stooped that low.

Oops. I forgot to mention too, to check the fuses inside and under the hood. A few often blow from the current surge when reconnecting the battery.
