Both of the low beams went out at the same time.
The fuses related to low beams are all good.
This car has no low beam relay to check.
Does not work with the switch set to On or Auto.
High beams and all other lights work fine.
What is the easiest way to check the BCM/multi switch/etc., to figure out the issue.

Hi,

There is a technical service bulletin (TSB) related to this issue. According to the TSB, there is a likely hood that the connector at the bulb has failed (melted). I attached the TSB below for you to review. Inspect how it indicates and let me know if the connector is the issue.

The TSB explains how the problem is repaired.

Take care,

Joe
