Both bulbs are good what the fuses go too?

2015 CHEVROLET MALIBU
22,000 MILES • 2.5L • 4 CYL • 2WD • AUTOMATIC

Both bulbs are good by checking continuity. Not sure why there is power although very slight on both terminals of both sockets. Can you help me find and check the fuses?
