No compression in the motor

Hi, I have no compression in my 2.6I Microbus motor. I did the head, I checked my fuel pressure. I have spark but no compression.

Hi,

If you have no compression, are you certain the timing is correct? Also, you mentioned the head was replaced, was the timing done correctly when you put it back together? Is there any compression?

Let me know if the engine size is correct. I'm showing a 2.4 and a 2.8L as options and not a 2.6.
