I'm looking to put different wheels on my truck. Currently 15 in and from what I've read 5x 4.5. An bore is 60.1. Not sure on width.
I found some wheels from a Nissan Altima around same year that have same lug an 5x4.5 but bore is larger at what looks like, from internet search 67.1. What parts will I need exactly to help with the fit, and if the holes are a tad larger than OEM also. An what type of nuts?
Any additional info is appreciated
I saw this online for Toyota

2.37 in or 60.1 mm center bore.

An this on Nissan

Offset: 45mm
Bolt-Pattern: 5-114.3mm or 5-4.5"
Rim Width: 6.5 in
Quantity: 1
Center-Bore: 67.1mm
Vehicle Rim Size: 16x6.5 in

Would I need these things called spacers?
Pic is new rim

Yep, this is a common problem when trying to mix and match rims onto different applications. You will probably need to have the center spacers custom machined to make the rims work, I am not sure about the lug nuts, it might be best to go to a tire shop and see what they have.

I'm told the offset impacts it too, will that pose an issue? Mine ranges 32-36 and I see these new ones are 45.

Yep, that can cause the car to get worse mileage, and the car will not steer or handle as well. You may even have clearance issue to the fender well.

Was your list or chart for a 4-wheel drive?
I just found out these are not originals so I will need to use a tool to measure it. How do I measure bore and offset?

Those are the max load numbers and a part number for the rim. I am not sure about the list being 4x4. I would try to get as close as I could to the stock rim measurements, so the geometry of the suspension is not compromised.
