Bolts Sheered off on Belt Tensioner, how to remove the broken bolts without taking the motor out?

My daughter's Chrysler 200 threw the serpentine belt and the belt tensioner fell off. The bolts are sheared off into the motor. Is there a way to remove the broken bolts without taking the motor out?

Can you upload an image of the damage so you can help? Here is a video that shows how to remove a broken bolt, but we need to see if you have clearance. This video will help you see what needs to be done to be able to install a new bolt:

This video shows an exhaust bolt, but the process will work for any bolt. Check out the images (below). Please upload pictures or videos of the problem so we can see what's going on.
