What is the rubber piece that goes on bolt b in the diagram called?

Hello,

Did mean to upload a diagram? I do not see a diagram with your question. Is it a mounting bolt or bolt for the wire?

No worries. Yes that is locking bolt for the adjustment. It is many times gets seized.
