When attempting to accelerate engine bogs down between second and third gear

Hi Scarlet,

Well, this could be a whole host of things, we need to narrow it down a little bit. I assuming you don't have any engine lights on or anything which would mean the car thinks it's running just fine. Is this your regular driver and it's driven daily or does it sit most of the time? You may just need a tune up, but did this issue come on quick, as in, yesterday you were driving and everything was fine and normal and today you have this lack of power? first we are going to need to figure out if it's a transmission or engine thing. If its happening just between 2nd and 3rd next drive manually go up the gears and see if there is hesitation in 2nd moving into 3rd or if its got power shifting it manually.
