Battery was disconnected during storage.Top is automatic.When button is pressed , top opens , only very slightly ( couple of inches). Motor is working . Top can then be properly closed. When button is pushed to open , windows go halfway down. when it functioned , windows only open few inches before top starts down. Checked tray in trunk, it is in posiition for top to go down.Believe buttons have to be reset somehow. Cant figure out how to reprogram.

The E-85 is a real pain to work on the convertible top, the issue you describe seems to be a low fluid level in the hydraulic system, and it requires removing it from the car by people who know what they are doing and what exactly to do.
