My car sits for two weeks at a time as I work out of town. Recently, the battery is completely dead when I return. I took the negative lead off the battery and my volt meeter tells me that 11 volts is being pulled when the car is off. Not sure where to begin to look for this.

Start pulling fuses one at a time till that 11 volts disappear then you have the problem circuit.
