2000 BMW Z3 6 cyl Two Wheel Drive Manual

2000 BMW Z3. When the headlights are on, the right turn signal blinks too fast, left is OK. When headlights are off both blink OK. Is this the turn signal relay or another problem?

Check all the bulbs and replace the dark ones and the ones that are not the silver based BMW bulbs, the brass based bulbs do not work in BMW cars.
