I replaced the idler pulley near the alternator and now need to replace the belt tensioner pulley. Is the bolt that holds this pulley a reverse threaded bolt and is it a anti-loosen type bolt? I seems to take a lot of torque to loosen this bolt.

It is right hand thread, just like mom used to make. Break it loose, dont be afraid.
