54c8 - This code gets set commonly when the actuator clutch in the T-Case has a problem. It means that the value of resistance the actuator needs to fully engage the T-Case is different than what it actually took. The common reason is that the case has not been serviced and needs new fluid. Another cause is that the connection to the servo is corroded and the motor does not get full voltage.

55c4 - This one means the PCM is not talking to the DSC/ABS so the stability control was shut off. This is commonly a bad connection or failure of the DSC module.

For both of these you need the factory scan tool to talk to the system and see if they are current codes or a history codes (likely) as you do not have a light for the case on and the ABS is working.

If the battery drained then yes you can get a lot of codes due to all the modules sending bad data. I would verify that you have full voltage now, clear the codes then see if anything returns. At the moment you will not know if the codes are the result of a fault or just because of a bad battery. Some of the newer vehicles are so sensitive to voltage issues that they will throw codes if the battery drops below 12.4 volts or so!
