MY AIR CONDITIONER COMPRESSOR WONT START. I CHECKED THE FUSES AND THEY ARE FINE. WHERE IS THE AIR CONDITIONING RELAY? OR WHAT COULD BE THE PROBLEM.

The clutch wont pull in if there is insufficient refrigerant in the system. There may be some leakage and I recommend ultra violet dye or a "sniffer" to pinpoint the location, you can start with a visual inspection of the system, look for oil seepage at all connections.
