2004 BMW X5 Air conditioning conedensation not draining

I can hear water sloshing around under the glove compartment. i believe it is the air conditioning condensation not draining. i think it might be clogged, bit do not know where the drains are located to check?

The drains are visible from underneath the vehicle and are located at the front of the transmission hump. A little puff of compressed air in the drains should do the trick.
