We disconnected ground cable, removed and repaired starter. After reconnecting now the comuter won't activate starter. The solenoid receives no current on S terminal when in crank position. Does this car have a starter lockout in the security system and how do we activate it?

There is a device that is called EWS, it is for drive away protection. You will need to see if it needs realignment and it will require the correct software, either a GT-1 or one of it's clones or Autologic.
