when the service light came on, I didn't feel the transmission do anything. But after about three weeks or so, the trans seems to have some trouble shifting from about 20mph to 50mph, nothing bad. It runs ok after that. But the service engine light will flash on and off during the shift from 20mph to 5omph. It stops flashing when it gets to 50+ mph. I figured low fluid. But since there is no dipstick, I can't check trans fluid level.
Any ideas?
Thanks!

A flashing check engine light is an indicator of catalyst harming emissions from the engine. Have you had the car scanned for fault codes yet?
