the wiper on the passenger side of the car doesn't work.I popped the hood, and can see that the linkage from the motor is trying to move the blade, but the bolt, or pin going from the blade down to the linkage seems to be spinning or turning...

That shaft has splines and a nut on the end. With the wipers off and parked, pop the cap off and tighten the nut, happiness should ensue.
