Vehicle will drive fine for weeks on end, sometimes months. However, about once every month it will not start without jumper cables. Nothing's ever left on to drain the battery. Please advise.

Check the fan final stage, if voltage is present at the heat sink or it is warm to the touch, replace it. Go to Realoem.com for your part, it is in the 64 section.
