The crankcase vent valve or cyclone separator and thermostat replacement should be no more than 5 hours total including diagnostic time. The prices can be viewed online at Realoem.com. 11-61-7-501-566 is the valve, 11-61-7-504-535 is the hose that always breaks, 11-53-7-509-227 is the t-stat. There is also an exploded view.
