when i turn weather im moving or stopped it makes this popping noise on both front wheels also sounds like somthing may be loose any ideas

The front axles(halfshafts) are possibly making the noise and will require inspection and possible rebuilding or replacement. As with any noise related issue, I can only surmise what the issue is and I am not there to inspect the issue first hand.
