The steering wheel shakes sporadically. It never happens when the car is cold, and does not always happen. After about 10-15 minutes of highway driving, the wheel starts to shake. If I put the car in neutral and coast, it does not stop the shaking. Once it starts shaking, it does it all all speeds, fast or slow. All tires are new and are balanced and the car has had a 4 wheel alignment. This does not happen consistently, but is starting to be more consistent
