(SECONDARY AIR INJECTION SWITCHING VALVE A CIRCUIT MALFUNCTION) AFTER FURTHER TESTING, I FOUND OUT THERE IS (NO ELECTRIC POWER) GOING TO THE SECONDARY AIR PUMP, ALL FUSES TESTED TO BE OK, AND I CAN'T FIND NO WHERE THAT SEND POWER TO THE AIR PUMP. THIS PROBLEM DRIVES ME CRAZZZY WITH MY (CHECK ENGINE LIGHT ON, THERE'S NO WAY I CAN PASS THROUGH STATE INSPECTION.
HELP PLEASE! WHERE CAN I LOCATE THIS POWER ISSUE. OTHERWISE

Answering to my own inquiry unfortunately I discovered it was just a little electronic part on top of the engine called: (solenoid valve circuit or electronic control valve) that were disconnected from it's power line, and caused my service engine light to come on every start-up.

But thankx God due to my experience, I fixed yaaaa!!!
