Front Passenger door lock is jammed. what can i do to get it working again

Unfortunate that it is stuck. The door panel will need to come off and the latch assembly replaced. Not easy to do if the door wont open.

The lock was not jammed it was frozen. I put the car into the garage and after the car warmed up the latch began to work. Thanks for your response.
