Hi the BMW X5 , I am looking to buy does not have working parking sensors.
Can you please advise what would have gone wrong and how much it will cost to repair?

That would depend on exactly what is wrong. I would ask why they aren't working too before I ink the check. A pre-purchase inspection is in order, that is my strongest recommendation. It is buyer beware, once you commit, tag, you're it.

many thanks for the insight. He said that a bulb fused and so the entire system didnt work. !!
The PDC doesnt operate as awell.

How did the bulb being fused show up in our conversation? I thought we were talking about park distance control.

those where his exact words..and my knowledge on this is very light. So i thought that for some reason the PDC might have a bulb in it for it be fused.
Will a revamp of the PDC cost a lot of money?
