While the engine is running smoothly, I pulled out the plug from the air Mass sensor and the car stalled on me like it was about to die. But I quickly pushed it back down and the car continued running smoothly!
Does it mean I have a bad Maf sensor???

It means you should probably avoid disconnecting things you do not have complete knowledge of, that and it is normal operation to have the engine die with the air mass disconnected.
