2001 BMW X5 How to Replace the Vlave Cover Gaskets on X5

2001 BMW X5 V8 All Wheel Drive Automatic

especially the driver side cylinders where there is a cable obstructing access. Also any suggestions on how exactly to loosen the fuel injector clips without damaging or breaking them :)
