2009 BMW X3 Automatic 2500 miles

Need instructions on replacing the drivers side headlamp.

An `09 is still under warranty, let BMW fix it on their nickel.

so if something on the road hits the glass then they have to fix it under warranty? I already bought the part- my husband just needs to replace it- I bought the whole assembly $560. Please help!
