My car idles really rough in the morning and when at stop signs etc. and when i let off the brakes to fast a thud is heard and felt any help would be nice thanks

please repost and tell me more information.mileage,is check engine light on,how long has this been running poorly,history of repairs and what have you tried also vehicle history.
