My dealer just replaced new front rotors (rotors were out of sepc???) because of bad sqeeking when I applied the brakes. Now after the new rotors, there is still a very tiny sqeeking. They said it wil take a little while for the new rotors to brake in with the brake pads and the sound should go away after that. Is that true?

It is possible, yes. Did you ask when or what if it does not go away? correctly installed brakes can make some noise and squeaking brakes are not a warranty issue, according to BMW NA. Good luck mate and keep in touch.
