1992 Other BMW Models 6 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic

I am trying to open the dash to fix peeling on the speedometer which is causing me to not know how fast I am going b/c the gauge is getting stuck on the piece that is pulling up. Also how do you get to change a front blinker light that went out?
