1988 Other BMW Models Engine Size unknown Wheel Drive Type unknown Automatic 217,00 miles

The windows are powered but they are not rolling up. I was wandering what this could be and how much it would cost.

How was it determined that the windows have power? There is a fuse and a curcuit breaker on the 1988 cars. the curcuit breaker is on the under dash by the drivers knee bolster.
