I bouth this car without a key, had one made by the dealer. the key will lock and anlock the car but wont start it. If I bypass the starter it will start but only for a couple of seconds.
What can I do?

The dealer cut the key (actually, the Central Letter Shop cuts the keys) and programmed the EWS chip inside the key, now that EWS must be aligned with the car. The dealer should be able to perform that function. I am curious why they or you did not confirm the key was working and initialized before you paid for and/or departed the agency.
