hello my car light went off in my bmw m3 e46 and it shows to lights in the front when i turn my signal on it ticks very fast when it shud slowly and all my bulbs work i change the front one to blue and it sttill makes that very fast tick with i turn on the corner signals

Maybe the wrong bulbs.
