1997 BMW 840 Trans failsafe

My car went into this mode and would only drive in 3rd gear, The codes wer cleared but came back straight away and still stays in third,Reverse gear is fine

The car has thrown the following codes

160 CAN ABS/DSC signal

100 gear monitoring (2nd/4th gear)

106 stall speed monitoring

Any help would be appreciated

E PROM replacement may be needed. What is the serial number on the tranny? 01-00-1-469-307 or 308 is the E PROM part number but it depends on the serial number.
