I removed the splash shield, but cound not locate the drain plug.

Where is it?

the drain plug is located on the right side of the radiator pointing straight down. It is plastic, be very careful, you do not break it. It has an O-ring, and a metal washer, make sure all them parts are in good condition. When you put it back together.
