1995 BMW 750Li Dead battery - can not open the door

Battery was going dead a few days ago, today went to jump it and now we can not open the door and or the trunk to jump it. How do we get the car open to jump the battery to start it up?

Go to passenger side front door, insert key, lift the handle, turn the key and the door will open. ♥
