Electrical problem
1989 BMW 750Li V12 92,000 miles

The light bulbs on the dasboard computer unit that includes the digital clock, temp., etc, only last about 2 months. I have had the bulbs replaced 3 times and they only last a short time.

have the charging system tested, it may be an overvoltage issue
