after doing some preventive maitenence changing the oil and replacing the plugs after starting up the car it ran extemely rough i used a bmw oil filter and i used bosch plugs now the car has a very bad idle .what could be the cause of this problem

Could be several things, the software level is current, yes? Have the breathers been updated?
