2002 BMW 745 Front wheel and Steering Shaking and wobbleing

I have had with my car a vigorous shaking of my car and steering wheel whopling, I have checked the tyers and they are balanced ... No problem with breaks and break drums ...
Some sound coming out of the left front wheel when turning the steering

can u please advise

There are consumable bushings in the suspension called thrust arm bushings that are likely worn out, an inspection by a BMW technician will be in order to assess the suspension and give the final word.
