2001 BMW 740 V8 Two Wheel Drive Automatic

I have an 2001 BMW 740i, i got a code poo21 and poo11, i Have an oil plugged passages, i have a clicking noise when starting engine because there isnt oil pressure. I want to know how to clean the engine.

Do you mean the inside of the engine? Changing the oil is the only way I know, unless you take it apart.
