Is there a way I can bypass the mass air flow sensor and still have good performance from my engine?

if you bypass it the car will run like SHI*. im sure you can find a modified one on the internet somewhere. try jc whitney.

if you want more power you can put headers and dual exhaust on, also a throttle body spacer and higher cfm fuel injectors. also a cold air intake.
