1998 BMW 740 ATF won't drain to Pan.

Now that the pan is back on. What do I do to have fluid go down to the trans.pan?THere is no oil in the pan at the bottom,only the top canister is full but wont go down, even when car is on.

. There is no reservoir for the transmission, you better call me before you get into big trouble. The transmission does not take ATF, I feel like Houston control. The astronauts are not listening to me, all they can say is "Houston, we got a problem" but that's not going to solve it. I will wait for five minutes and then you are done.
