1998 BMW 740 ATF won't drain to Pan.

Now that the pan is back on. What do I do to have fluid go down to the trans. Pan?THere is no oil in the pan at the bottom, only the top canister is full but wont go down, even when car is on.

. There is no reservoir for the transmission, you better call me before you get into big trouble. The transmission does not take ATF, I feel like Houston control. The astronauts are not listening to me, all they can say is "Houston, we got a problem" but that's not going to solve it. I will wait for five minutes and then you are done.
