1997 BMW 740 changing spark plugs

1997 BMW 740 V8 Two Wheel Drive 195000 miles

Hi, can you tell me the process to change spark plugs in a 1997 BMW 740i? I can't see where they are because a covering is hiding the plugs. What tool will I need to remove that covering? Thank you.

I have a cat named Larry! The top of the covers have two square plastic covers, pop those out and relase the screws and off it comes! I use a pick tool, but a small screwdriver will do just fine, then remove the coils and the plugs.
