Remove the spark plugs and squirt some oil into each bore, lit it sit a while then with the plugs out crank over the engine, this will pre lube the rings and bore so there is no problem with a dry start, it will smoke a bit when you do start it up but that will clear up quickly, add some fuel system cleaner change the fuel filter as well, after start up and warm up change the oil & filter, go easy on the brakes on the first drive as they may be a bit sticky, just be on the look out for any fluid leaks after you start driving as often seals will dry out after a long lay off and they may not take up fully again,
