1995 BMW 740 V8 Wheel Drive Type unknown Automatic 107000 miles

I was looking at this bmw but I called them and they said it has a new engine with 70,000 miles on it but they said it has a problem everytime the car gets hot it spits oil out of the dipstick do you know what this could be?

That's a new one on me. I think there is something about that car that says "keep looking mate!"
