1995 BMW 740 Low rev vibration

the 1995 BMW 740 engine vibrates slightly at low speeds (revs)
It's not the transmission I think because even with
car in neutraal and revving gently from idle to -2300 rpm) there's this internal vibration. Dissapears at higer revs. Its not misfiring etc.
It's like something in there is unbalanced at low RPM.
Any idea what I should look for?

It's probably just a bit of cylinder unbalance from slightly different combustion chamber pressures or what engineers like to call brake mean effective pressure. If there is no check engine lamp being commanded on, if there are no real driveability issues, and it is just a or your perception, I would not focus on this, it is a non-issue as reported. If however something changes, please do let us know straight away. ♥
