1994 BMW 740 Windsheild Wipers

I have an 1995 BMW 740i the passenger side windshield wiper has quit working. If I hold the blade I can feel it trying to start but it will not swing across the wind shield. Any suggestions on how to fix it?

Look for a cap over the pivot that you can pry up. There will be a nut to tighten. Be sure the wipers are off and in the parked position. Once tightened, it can be hard sometimes to pop it loose to reposition it.
